Priority Permits Ltd. was founded in September 2007 to help organizations with cutting through the ever increasing municipal “red tape” when obtaining signage permits across Canada.  Priority’s foundation is built of hard work, experience and moderate/focused growth. Jordan Desrochers (General Manager and Consultant) – Jordan is the founder of Priority Permits and has a background in business and Mechanical Engineering with a diploma of technology from British Columbia Institute of Technology. Jordan has been working in the sign industry for over 10 years dealing with technical drawings, signage permits and project management on many national sign and re-branding programs. (Hotels, Airports, Casino’s, Restaurants, Various Commercial, Institutional and much more).

Celeste Gendron (Western Office/Project Manager) -Celeste brings with her a wealth of knowledge and experience in small business development, customer service and project management. We are very pleased to have someone with the ambition, motivation and experience along with excellent problem solving abilities to bring our service standards to the next level. Celeste’s educational background is in the field of design, project management and entrepreneurship. Please don’t hesitate to contact Celeste, she looks forward to working with you.

Chris Gaucher (Accounting)- Chris comes to our team with a background in accounting and we are pleased to have him aboard during our steady expansion across Canada in order to provide the best national permitting service to all of our valued clients.  Please don’t hesitate to contact Chris for any of your service requirements from billing to receivables and anything in between.

Rob Brubacher (Concrete Foundations and Masonry)- Rob grew up in the lower mainland (north Vancouver and Langley) .   Rob has over 10 years experience in the construction industry with a specialty in forming foundations, excavation and carpentry and believes that honesty, integrity and common sense are the building blocks to a successful working relationship with our clients. Rob has successfully completed construction projects for the City of Langley on time and on budget and has been involved in other signage base work throughout the city. We are fully insured to $2,000,000.00 and Rob is registered with WorksafeBC. We have all the tools, equipment and manpower available to take on the responsibility of your signage foundation (small or large). We do not compete with our valued installation companies and only offer value added concrete and masonry services.

Shaun Creaney (Permit Production Manager) - Shaun has been with Priority Permits since 2007 and has been a key building block in the foundation of our business. Shaun’s ability to produce top quality architectural drawings/design work for our clients and their permit submissions is at the top level of industry standards. Shaun manages a steady stream of design students who are sent to Priority Permits as part of a local community college co-op program to learn AutoCad design for their future careers outside of college. We are proud to have such a talented and motivated employee who is eager to work with you in any capacity required.

Kevin Fan (Permit Production Assistant)- Kevin is the latest addition to the Priority team and assists in the production of permits, variance and sign plan programs. Kevin has an education in communication, art, technology and brings a good level of energy, confidence and accuracy to all projects in our Western and Eastern offices. Kevin and Shaun work closely in the permit production department to continuously strive to produce cleaner, more efficient and professionally submitted applications on a daily basis. Our clients can come to expect consistency and timeliness with our production team.


Jackie Fowler (Eastern Office Manager)- Jackie is a new addition to our team working out of our Toronto office. We have recently expanded to Toronto in order to provide our clients with better Coast to Coast Service. Jackie’s background in business along with her professionalism will help with any project small or large.
